If you would like to see or change any of your personal details, please enter Pensioner Services Online below and use your secure Access Number when prompted.

If you do not have an Access number and wish to apply for one, please ring the MilitarySuper Customer Service Centre on 1300 001 877and a Customer Service Representative will provide you with an Access Number over the telephone.

Alternatively, you can use the Pensioner Online Access (PDF 188K) form and an access number will be posted to you.

Please Note: Pensioner Services Online will be unavailable each morning between 1 am and 2.30 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) for scheduled maintenance.
