Separate services are available for current and retired Members. If you are receiving a pension from MilitarySuper go to Pensioner Services Online.

Services Available

Member Services Online offers you a range of services to help you manage your super:

  • use the i-Estimator to project your potential final benefit
  • view and print your Member statement
  • change contact details

To login to this service you need an Access Number. If you do not have an Access Number please complete an Access Number Application form (PDF, 62KB) and send it to us. Please note Access Number requests can only be returned by post or fax. Access Number requests sent by email will not be accepted.

Alternatively please ring the MilitarySuper Customer Service Centre on 1300 006 727 and a Customer Service Representative will provide you with an Access Number over the telephone.

Leaving the scheme

If you intend leaving the scheme in the near future you can get an estimate of your benefit by calling the Customer Service Centre on 1300 006 727.

Security

Once you have received your new access number you will able to enter the secure area of this website. Any information transmitted from the secure site is encrypted. A series of messages will be displayed asking you to accept a New Site Certificate. To access the site you will need to accept each request.

Conditions of Entry

By continuing past this point you are certifying that you are requesting information about your own record. That you understand that if you deliberately request information under false pretences, you may be guilty of an offence which may attract charges and penalties. You understand that using a public Internet facility e.g. at a public library, shopping centre or Internet Cafe, that your information can reside on the machine and may be subsequently retrieved by others.

Slow performance with Window Vista

Members using Windows Vista and Internet Explorer may experience performance issues while accessing Member Services Online.

To resolve this you will need to adjust your browser Internet Option setting.

Go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced.

Scroll down to Security and change the setting as shown below
