Access Numbers now available over the telephone

Access numbers can now be obtained over the telephone. Previously an Access Number could only be obtained using a specific form (Change of contact details/Access Number) which was mailed through to ComSuper for processing. This procedure was lengthy and could take up to 10 - 15 working days.

The MSB Board recognises a need to allow you to obtain an access number quickly so you can go on-line immediately.

In order to obtain an Access Number please contact the MSBS

You will be prompted for following information;

  • Reference/Service Number
  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Address

Please have this information ready to speed up the process.
