Assistance for Members adversely affected by the Victorian bushfires

MilitarySuper Members or their family members who have been adversely affected by the bushfires in Victoria may contact MilitarySuper for help with proof of identity, processing claims, or assistance in obtaining further information.

For assistance please call the MilitarySuper Customer Service Centre on 1300 006 727. If you have preserved benefits you will need to contact APRA on 1300 131 060.
